In compliance with organic law 15/1999 of December 13th, on the protection of personal data (hereinafter LOPD) all the personal data provided by the user of this web site in the form of e-mails, contact information, as result of accessing the site or for the purpose of fullfilling the registration procedures in order to have access or download the content availbale in it will be stored by Dinitel in its database, having the user the right to the complete or partial erasing or modifying of such personal information upon a request which shall be written and signed by the user and sent to Dinitel’s address. Such request shall include name, surname, address, a fotocopy of the ID of the user as well as a clear description of the right willing to be applied.

In observance of law 34/2002 , of July 11th, on the regulation of e-commerce practices and the IS, Dinitel shall not send promotional e-mails unless it has been previously authorised by the receiver.

By volontarily carrying out any registration process within this web site that requires the filling of a registration form and the clicking of a button, the user abides by the terms and conditions set by this legal warning, in accordance with articles 5 and 6 of the LOPD.
